Practical information:
Location
I am happy to work in person, via zoom or by phone, which ever medium works best for you.
My consulting room is based in Hackney E8, near London Fields.
Availability:
Monday evenings and Tuesdays.
Length of sessions:
Weekly sessions which last 50 minutes.
Time commitment:
This varies from person to person. some find it sufficient to come to one or two sessions to help get through a difficult patch. Others find working in the medium to longer term gives the necessary time to develop a deeper relationship when it is possible to work on the underlying causes leading to more positive longer lasting change.
Confidentiality:
What is said in the sessions will remain strictly confidential, except under unusual situation where there is a significant risk to themselves or someone else.

Start at £60 -
I do have concessionary space available from time to time, do ask about this if you are struggling financially.
