Practical information:


I have been working via skype, zoom, facetime and phone since the pandemic. I will begin to offer the option of face to face work for those who feel more comfortable with face to face work. I am happy to switch from face to face to online when commitments make regular attendance possible.

Length of sessions:

Weekly sessions which last 50 minutes.

Time commitment:

It can vary. It can be sufficient to come to one or two sessions to help get through a difficult patch. On the other hand working in the medium to longer term does give the necessary time to develop a relationship where it becomes possible to share important thoughts and feelings. This is what allows positive and lasting change to take place.


What is said in the sessions will remain strictly confidential, except under unusual situation where there is a significant risk to someone.
